The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are a European Union wide regulation designed to harmonise data protection law across Europe, and to bring them up to date with technological advancements.

The GDPR replaces the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) on 25th May 2018 and it makes changes to the rules which Cleaswell Hill School must follow when processing personal data, reflecting the changes to digital technology that have occurred since the DPA was published.

Information on how Cleaswell Hill School processes data can be found in our new privacy notices, located here.
